Cancellation Policy:
1. Due to any circumstances, if you unfortunately would like to cancel your order, please do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.
2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
Return Policy:
1. If you think that you have received the product in a poor condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or it has been damaged during the delivery process, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please make sure to email us at help@sanskrutisilks.com mentioning your Order ID.
2. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost at your end, including shipping.
3. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have created one or you can create a new one using the same email id which was used while placing the order.There is a Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
4. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat, WhatsApp or Phone Call
5. In case - due to certain circumstances - after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame, no refund would be made. Only a credit note would be given that you can claim on any other purchase from our website or stores.
6. When you return the product to the courier person, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need proof of return by you.
7. Refunds would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Bangalore.
Apart from condition reserved above, any products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if:
1. Any product exhibits physical damage
2. The product has any stains or marks of it having been worn
3. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
4. If the saree blouse was cut and stitched for you
5. If the product has been stitched for you
6. If the product is customised for you
7. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Exchange Policy:
1. You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note SANSKRUTI SILKS will arrange for the pick up from your door step
3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall & edging done to it or if the blose has been tailored stitched for you
4. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
5. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing an order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
6. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note that you can utilise at our stores or website.
7. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible and will not be accepted by us
No discounts will be given on exchange orders.
How to use STORE CREDIT :
1) The STORE CREDIT will have 3 months of Validity from the date of creation.
2) The STORE CREDIT has to be used in one go for the order.
3) You have to apply the store credit on the checkout page
4) If you’re applying the store credit at our stores, you need only show the credit note and we will accept that at the stores
4) Once opted for the STORE CREDIT you cannot opt for REFUND.
International Shipping
If your order is placed it can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
1. If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be transaction fees charged by PayPal
2. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on global@sanskrutisilks.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back will be borne by the customer.
3. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
5. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers and are working hard to enable this facility.
6. Once the order is placed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
7. Once the product goes into the customization process the order cannot be cancelled.
8. When you opt for customization with your order you can cancel it within 48 hours only.
9. For Returns - Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.
10. Please note that a complete seal packed parcel unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any replacement or return of broken/missing items of jewellery category.
- For orders over 100 USD we provide free Shipping Worldwide. International shipping charges are 20 USD for orders less than 100 USD.
- Once the order is placed, it takes 15 to 20 working days to dispatch after placing the order.
- If customization is added it will take more than 4 to 5 additional working days over the normal dispatch period to dispatch your order.
- So, the estimated time would be 20 to 25 working days for the order to get delivered if you place a customisation request. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty has to be borne by the customer.
- If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order by SANSKRUTI SILKS.
- If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
- Customer duty has to be paid within 2 days after the shipment arrives at your location/country.
- We have various International delivery partners and you shall be updated with the tracking links once the orders is shipped.

We do strict quality checks before delivery of any product. Hence, we don't accept returns or exchanges.
Note: Any customizations (Pico Fall, Blouse, Lehenga Stitching) done in the Sanskruti Silks Store cannot be exchanged or returned.
