The top, in a calming dual-tone shade of sea green, has a rich, three-layered zari border featuring classic Annapakshi motifs. The top of the dress material has a slim zari border that can be used in the sleeves, neck, or sides of the suit. The fabric has visible handloom lines, adding a further sense of character.

The set is paired with an original hand-painted Kalamkari dupatta on Bangalore silk. Kalamkari, one of South India’s most prominent textile crafts, is displayed in all its glory with deep pigmented colors on a clear base with pastel highlights. The dupatta is edged with a zari border for added richness.
